Data deletion instructions
Ela Milla uses Meta (Facebook / Instagram) APIs so @elamillacom can receive and reply to customer Direct messages and take orders. This page is the public data-deletion instructions URL for that app.
What we store
- Instagram / WhatsApp sender id (platform user id)
- Message text and images the customer sends
- Name, phone and address only when the customer provides them to place an order
- Order records needed for shipping and legal retention
We do not sell this data. We do not use Instagram inbox content to advertise to other people.
How to request deletion
Message us on WhatsApp at +90 542 578 53 16 or Instagram @elamillacom with the words verilerimi sil and the phone number or Instagram username used in the chat. We delete conversation messages and the linked inbox profile from our systems within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (paid orders, invoices).
